Scope
This statement covers Straid Bikerz club membership only: applications, the aspirant process, and official-member access. It does not cover event registration. Each event we host or co-host publishes its own privacy statement.
Club applications and aspirant records
When you ask to join Straid Bikerz, we collect the contact, motorcycle, riding-background, emergency-contact, and consent information shown in the application form. Club officers use it only to review your application, coordinate the aspirant process, verify rides and first-year dues, and decide whether to grant full membership.
Application and aspirant records are private. They are not displayed on the public website or the members-only wall.
Official member access and posts
Official-member access uses an invited email account. Club posts are publicly readable on the homepage, while publishing, commenting, reacting, and administrative controls remain available only to authorized, active Straid Bikerz members. Up to three pinned posts and the latest ten unpinned posts remain on the homepage; older unpinned posts move to the public archive.
